Lincoln Primary Care strives to make your visit as convenient and comfortable as possible. With two attending physicians, Dr. Frank D’Alessandro and Dr. Jonathan Martin, as well as four mid-level providers, we are readily available to manage your healthcare. Our goal is patient centered medicine. We offer immediate appointments for sick visits and are always accepting new patients. We accept all major insurances. For patients who do not have health insurance, we offer affordable rates for primary care services. These services include yearly physical exams, routine check-ups, as well as sick visits. Discounted laboratory services and colonoscopic screening is also available. With a network of highly trained sub-specialists in the building, we can offer care to patients whose medical conditions require expert evaluation. Laboratory and radiology services are on-site as well. Lincoln Urgent Care is also in the building and is open on evenings and weekends to care for you and your family after hours.

We also offer online access to our Patient Portal. This allows you to view, add, or change appointments, arrange payment schedules, and interact with Lincoln Primary Care from any computer or mobile device.

Karen Rugg APRN FNP-C
Karen is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She is also certified as a diabetic educator through the Rhode Island Department of Health. Karen is an active member of theAmerican Association of Nurse Practitioners and an active member of the Nurse Practitioner Alliance of Rhode Island. karen enjoys working with all patient populations and age groups. Her practice interests include facilitating behavioral change to improve mental health and physical wellness, diabetes, nutrition and women's care.
